You will learn choreographic phrases for the arms, hips, and leg stances.This course also includes an additional  second Samba Blast Workout session. Now students interested in world dance, specifically in these particular styles can also learn from the privacy of their own home.Each segment includes a short quiz as a reminder to absorb the terminology taught in class.You can watch these videos at your own pace or do all three in the same sitting.Please consult a physician before performing any physical activity.
